  Printing and Binding

Digital printing

It creates a great advantage when you wish to have a fast final product, on a good price. The digital print is ideal in case of small drafts. Is made directly and fast, final adjustments being made, without additional costs, even before the print. The most important advantage, is that in this way you lose the stress of “quantity”, because the printing can be made, even in a single specimen.

We can print on mate or glossy paper in a large palette of weights from 80 g/sqm to 300g/sqm inclusive. The usual work formats are A5, A4, A3, A3+.

For more complex works different binding can be performed: rolling, stapling, broaching, punching, folding, creasing (punched or normal), spring binding (plastic or metal).

In this way, the following types can be performed:

  • business cards

  • leaflets

  • brochures

  • flyers

  • catalogues

  • name plates, access cards

  • desk and pocket calendars

These are only a few from the most usual works that can be made on digital printers.

For your support, we offer real-time assistance for performing printing works, depending on the needs and budget that you have available, in this way being able to save together both time and our budgets.

Offset printing

This kind of printing is addressed especially for performing certain medium and large draft works.

The offset printing uses the CMYK color system, the processing of the four basic colors necessary for image processing are made, based on the half toning principle.

It's good to know that from chromatic point of view, the images are directly affected by the features of the support type (white degree, glossy surface, mate or metal surface, etc.). The more the support is more absorbent, the small the contrast and luminosity of the printed image are. The printing is also affected by the color of the paper or board used.

Therefore it is necessary that, before performing an offset work, to request our assistance to benefit efficiently that the drafts of these printing works are not negligible and any error may negatively influence the final product.

The offset printing can be performed in a very varied range, both paper and formats on which different finishing services must be added. The printing formats are from A3 until 70x100 cm.

The raw material for performing the printings may be made:

Offset paper, label paper, double coated paper, CD- type boards, duplex board, GT- type boards, self-adhesive paper, metallic foil paper, metallic foil boards, special boards.

  • posters

  • present bags

  • books, manuals

  • magazines, catalogues

For performing offset printing it is necessary to define correctly together the type of the final product, what materials we may use  (images, graphics, type of paper, finishing, quantities, etc.).

Quality of the outdoor print is given by the resolution of printing, of 1200x720 dpi, maximum printing width being of 5 m.

Screen printing

Screen printing is the procedure by which supports of the most varied materials are printed,  starting with paper, ceramics, plastic materials and fabric or metals. What changes every time, depending on the specific support, is not the product itself, but the type of ink used. The base rule for screen printing is that the support material to be smooth.

Advantages of screen printing are the following: printing in small series and medium series, high resistance of the paintings on rubbing, scratching and UV.
